Bernhard von Minckwitz
After studying business administration Mr von Minckwitz started his professional career at Bertelsmann AG in 1971. There he had an active leading position until 1998. From 1998 to 2003 Mr von Minckwitz worked as a managing director for the Sueddeutsche publishing house in Munich and was responsible for the area of "specialist printer". Since 2006 Mr von Minckwitz has been chairman of the supervisory board of Softline AG.

Stefan Kiener
Once Mr. Kiener had finished his law studies in Tübingen and Fribourg (Switzerland) and passed a legal internship in Stuttgart, he worked as a lawyer at the solicitor's office "Rainer Haas & Associates" from 2001 to 2003. Since 2003, Stefan Kiener acts as as the managing partner and attorney for the law firm "Rechtsanwalt Rainer Haas & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH". Mr Stefan Kiener was apointed to the supervisory board of Softline AG in August 2011.

Karl Heinz Warum
A native Carinthian, Warum was appointed managing director of Wyse Technology GmbH in March 2010 and in addition to Germany, is also the responsible sales director for the Central and Eastern European markets. Prior to that, Mr. Warum was successfully employed with Citrix Systems GmbH for twelve years as managing director and Senior Area Vice President Central and Eastern Europe.
