Bernd Wagner (Speaker of the Board)
Bernd Wagner was appointed Board Member of Softline AG in March 2011. He has Management Experience in the IT market for more than 20 years.
Prior to this appointment, he was Managing Director Germany at Fujitsu Technology Solutions GmbH.
Christoph Harvey
Christoph Alexander Harvey (née Michel) was a member of the executive board and responsible for Sales & Marketing at Hyperwave AG, Munich-Dornach. He began as head of Worldwide Marketing on 1st September, 1999.
Before his employment at Hyperwave the trained economist held different positions in marketing and sales at Siemens Nixdorf as well as at Sequent Computer Systems both nationally and internationally.
Before changing to Hyperwave he had been working as managing director at Sage KHK Software GmbH in Frankfurt since January 1998.
